Shipping information:
Orders are shipped by UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global unless other method is preferred. If you need faster service, tell us how to ship please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. See below.
Ground Delivery Rates inside the United States (*):
Up to $3.00 = $4.95
$3.01 to $20.00 = $5.95
$20.01 to $30.00 = $7.95
$30.01 to $40.00 = $8.95
$40.01 to $50.00 = $9.95
$50.01 to $60.00 = $10.95
$60.01 to $80.00 = $11.95
More than $80.01 = $12.95

Important:
Please note that some orders may not be available for tracking through the website because of the shipping methods, item weight and/or price of order. As always you can contact us and we will assist you with your order.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and order processing information to be available AFTER you have received your confirmation e-mail that your order has been shipped. Orders could possibly be shipped from multiple locations.
Express Delivery:
Available upon request, please call us to see if the product is still stock.
Upgrading to Second Day Air doesn’t change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the time traveled after leaving our office. For example, an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our place, but then it would guaranteed by the shipper to arrive in two business days.
Truck Freight Shipments:
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service costs between $45 to $90 dollars. Please include your phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule the delivery to be made at you’re convenience. It’s best if you can arrange a drop off at a commercial location. Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.

International Shipment:
At the moment we only ship wihtin United States.
Orders over 10 pounds:
Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional shipping charges. We will charge the actual UPS shipping charge to packages that are in excess of 10 lbs.
Special Orders:
Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it’s a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please note, returns will be subject to a 30% Manufacturer's restocking charge.
Note:
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
